The Hilton Hotel is just next to the metro link and the train station at Deansgate. It’s possible to get to the Hilton Hotel in the Beetham Tower from Manchester airport by taxi or train. By train, the hotel is less than 30 minutes away from Manchester International Airport. By taxi the Hotel is only 25 minutes away from the hotel.
Cloud 23
The Cocktail bar on the 23rd level of the Beetham Tower is normally open from 5pm till 2am (phone 0161 870 1600 to check opening hours). Cloud 23 is reputed to be expensive and often crowded but you can choose from a large choice of cocktails and there is an excellent view over the city of Manchester. Cloud23 is open to the public but hotel guests are given priority so can jump the long queues.
Booking tips for the Hilton Hotel in Deansgate
- Ask for a room looking towards the GMEX for the best views of Manchester.
- Ask for a room on one of the top floors.
- Executive rooms are not bigger than Standard rooms, both have the same surface area. Guests staying in the Executive rooms are located higher in the tower so get better views and they also get access to the executive lounge on the 23rd floor. Executive rooms have a bigger bathroom and a separate shower, this results in the bedroom being smaller.
- When visiting Cloud 23, you can jump the queues.
